He canceled an appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He was rude and would not provide an explanation or reschedule. He ended up hanging the phone on me. Terrible vendor.

I would rate 0 star if I can. How could you send a person that not even electrician to do electrical. Couldnt done the job after 2 hours. Wasting my time. Then didnt even give us one call back to follow up. The company just disappeared after his agent couldnt done the job. Bad service. Not even professional at all.

They did an excellent job doing the electrical work for my hot tub. Has been running great for the past month with zero issues! Very kind and professional.

Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I had spent many hours trying to troubleshoot some inexpert wiring done by previous contractors as we were DIYing repairs to list our home. We shouldve saved ourselves the agony of not being experts ourselves and gone with Alphonzo from the beginning. Very affordable, which was one of my main concerns as we were on a tight budget. A many-month-long saga was resolved in little more than an hour of Jimmys diagnosis and treatment. Go with Alphonzo! You wont regret it.

I needed a 60 AMP GFCI breaker box installed for a hot tub. The technician, Duane, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was perfectly done, I mean perfectly, with total customer satisfaction. Plus, he was very professional all the way. Great listener and it was so clear he was a top notch technician who knew what he was talking about and doing. I highly recommend Alphonzo Inc. Thank you!
