Julian helped us out. He put in an overhead box in a room that was without overhead lighting before. He was very gracious with answering my questions and showing me a few items that would be helpful down the road. Great experience.

Not too long ago, I called for a quote and the lady who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She scheduled me for an in-home consultation the next day. A nice, but untidy gentleman without a company uniform showed up to do an estimate. At my request, he kindly gave me a ballpark idea of what I should expect to spend for the work that I wanted done. He ended our conversation by promising that he would send me an estimate that would contain a definitive price. The problem is that I never got the estimate that I was promisedtoo bad false promises dont increase company profits. ***I gave my initial review 2 additional stars because the owner responded professionally to my concern. :)
