RUN, RUN, RUN!!!! This is the most reckless, inconsiderate, unprofessional office I have ever encountered. Showed up for my appt to be told that the dentist (Dr. Sara) is gone. Moved to another state. NO communication sent to patients. NO apology for the lack of communication. Invited to see a "temporary" dentist who's name I wasn't even given. How is a temporary dentist going to develop and execute a treatment for me??? The whole experience was honestly traumatizing. I elected not to be seen and will be looking elsewhere for a provider who demonstrates at least some minimal commitment to actually caring about their patients. Everyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves.

Beware!!! It sadden me to write this but I don't want others to have the same horrifying experience. I came to this dental office due pain in my upper right tooth. Dr. Alkstis informed me that I needed a root canal which I had done. I was still in pain even after the root canal. The pain subsided, and she put a crown on. The tooth got infected bc the crown was not seated. This caused more pain. I went to Dr. Christopher Burns who took a look at my tooth and confirmed why my tooth was infected. He was so gracious to assist me. After the root canal didn't work she tells me that i needed to have it pulled. I informed her that I was not pleased that I had all this work done to only have my tooth pulled. Dr. Alkatis informed me that she don't have the correct xray machine to properly see what was going on with my tooth. All of this could have been avoided had she referred me to someone else. Dr. Alkatis called me on December 20th, 2023 to apologize. She told me that she is new in the field. She also informed me that due to all of the issues she was going to refund me my money, $1,300. I waited to 3 months to get reimbursed as promised. I kept asking about my refund and was told that they had made the request at the corporate office. I kept asking for my refund. They were trying to play me so I called my credit card company to reverse the charges. Feeling extremely frustrated I decided to go to the office one last time. God was on my side. Just as I walked in Krissy, front desk staff, was on the phone with my credit card company. I was able to finally get the refund Dr. Alkstis refund promised. This whole issue took over a year to get resolved. My husband also had a crown put on, which was not seated correctly. He went to the VA to get it corrected. In my opinion, Dr. Alkstis needs more training so she won't harm anyone else. BEWARE!!!
