24/7 Dental - Emergency Dental Care

Very bad service, I arrived at 11 and left at 5 and they did nothing to my tooth and everyone talks and talks about their workers and they don't care about their clients at all. I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, I broke a tooth. I did not have a dentist. I found 24/7 ( across from Target on Southport Rd) and pain was so bad, I gave them a go. I am glad I did. From Friendly on the phone, to helpful dental asst ( Jaylen ), to very relatable Dentist ( A. Patel ). The extraction went exactly how I was explained when nervously asking for details. Most importantly, pain free and over quickly. After this being my first visit to any dentist in 25 years, due to treatment, booked a cleaning. I highly recommend at least on first visit.

Truly if I could give more than 5 stars... I absolutely would! I woke up with a swollen face and terrible absess. I called before the office was open and to my surprise... while the dental office was closed... i received a text message immediately asking how they could help me. I texted my situation and they handled everything from there. They checked my insurance... scheduled an appt for me at 940a... and corresponded with me professionally and timely. At my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and kindly explained all of my paperwork. Dental assistant, Gladys, was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and so understanding of the pain that I was in. The office has state-of-the-art x-ray equipment. The doctor is incredible! He explained my treatment plan, walked me though everything, took my pain away immediately, and got me to work on time. He is very gentle and very thorough. My RX was at the pharmacy before I left the dental chair. Gladys went the extra mile to get me cleaned up and provide me with extra gauze and a rinse that I could use at home if needed. I thanked them but there are no words to express my gratitude for being so awesome. A text message was sent to me with pain management tips but I feel so good that I don't even need an advil. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience... 24/7 Dental is fantastic!
