Beautiful Team from the time I stepped in the office until the time I left Joy, DrXu, and Tiffany were all so wonderful! Tiffany was so patient and pleasant beautiful spirit thank you so much for all you do. Ill see you at the Carmel location. Keep up the amazing work I will definitely only come here moving forward. Let me preface this by saying I've been going to the dentist twice a year for as long as I can remember and I've never had a negative experience. I decided to try out Care Dental since I recently moved to Indy and needed a new dentist. One time was enough for me. Dr. Xu is amazing and professional, however, her other staff members are not. When I went in for a cleaning, the dental hygienist I had was not kind and was straight up unprofessional. She kept trying to floss my permanent retainer and I kept telling her my previous dentist from my hometown can't floss my permanent retainer because my teeth are too tight and close together. She didn't listen to me and kept trying to floss causing me pain and my mouth to bleed profusely. She then asked me if I floss and I said yes I floss once per day around my retainer. She gave me a dirty look and said I should be flossing at least twice per day. Sorry my life doesn't revolve around flossing! I've never had a cavity in my life yet any issues with a dentist or dental hygienist prior to coming to this place. The dental hygienist also scratched my teeth so hard during my cleaning with one of those metal tools and coincidentally, my veneer fell out a week later! I called Care Dental to ask if they do veneer services and the receptionist said yes and tried to schedule my appointment. However, in the process of scheduling she went back on her word and said Care Dental doesn't do veneer services and hung up on me. I went to look at their website and turns out they do veneer services. This place is a joke along with the receptionists and the dental hygienists. I will not be returning and will take my business somewhere else.
