My first time being here and everyone was so nice and welcoming thanks for a great visit!

Great place friendly staff and overall accommodating service. I had a broken tooth, and they got me in the next day even though they were fully booked. I did not have to go to emergency dental services. Furthermore, they took the time to clean my teeth after my repairs.
Ive been coming here for several years. I have yet to be disappointed after any service received here.

Dr Shaltoni by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I am a little nervous about going to the dentist, so I hardly go. I went to Dr Shaltoni and he made me feel so comfortable. His dental assistant was awesome. Office is nice and clean and their personalities was wonderful. I recommend this office. Please go and try them out. You will not be disappointed.

(UPDATED Aug. 9, 2018 and June 20, 2019 - see below)
It took over 7 months to get a set of replacement dentures. The staff made no effort to move the process along. Throughout the entire experience, no one apologized until AFTER I left a bad review. The "apology" consisted of placing blame on everyone but them and complaining that the dentures ended up costing them money because it was paid by Medicaid. It certainly puts their "apology" into perspective. The Owner's response to my initial review is full of lies. No, I'm not the patient, but my husband is, so I DO speak from 1st hand knowledge. Seven months is ABSOLUTELY NOT an exaggeration!! The initial appointment was June 6, 2017, my husband finally got his dentures January 23, 2018 - that's 232 days, or 7.8 months. Also, he was absolutely NOT ecstatic over the dentures as the business owner says - his first words to me were that they looked cheap and unnatural and he wished he would have just gotten his old ones refitted instead of going through all the torment this place put us through. During that 7 months, we called dozens of times to follow up. Usually they wouldn't answer the phone. On the rare occasions either of us spoke to live person (Becky) she lied to us - over and over and over about the progress. I was the one who, after 2 months of inaction on their part, go the prior authorization because they were too lazy to do it. The worst part is that the insurance erroneously processed the prior authorization as a claim and they got paid in August. That payment should have been returned until the service was completed and an actual claim filed. Accepting that payment was fraud. It STILL took 5 months after they were paid to get the dentures. I've reported their fraud to medicaid and the state's insurance fraud hotline. I've also reported them to Call 6 for Help and am working on the Attorney General complaint now. I would not have gone to those lengths unless it was warranted. Run the other way; find another dentist - ANY other dentist (and do not believe a single word of whatever they post as a response to this - Becky clearly is the one doing the responses and she is a pathological liar).
**UPDATE August 9, 2018** One of the teeth fell out of the dentures this morning. This should be fun. I will update the progress on here.
Update 6-20-19 - We chose not to deal with these people for the tooth that fell out last year, or the second one that fell out a few months later. Unfortunately, a third just fell out and that was the charm. I'm about to start the process of getting them to fix the shoddy product they took forever to get to us - assuming I can catch them when someone is actually in the office.
