Dr. Mark and staff, Andy, Megan, Missy and Tiffany are always exceptional and office is very aesthetically relaxing and beautiful. Love the new location too!

I visited the office on Wednesday June 14th. I had another visit on the 16th. The staff was welcoming and polite. The receptionist, technicians, hygienist, dentist, and billing department were professional and made me feel at home. The technician explained the process of my initial appointment and the dentist reaffirmed our conversation. The receptionist explained the billing process and addressed any other concerns I had. On my next visit, at 8:30 am I got in a little before 8:30. The receptionist introduced me to the hygienist and she explained the procedure and what she was going to do. The only thing hard about my appointment was keeping my mouth open all that time. The X-rays were easy and fast and the cleaning was just as fast and pain free. In my life, I visited over 8 dentist office across the country but Dr. Schere and staff is by far the most professional, efficient, and friendliest office Ive ever visited. I would recommend them to everyone. FYI - I had heard such great things about the office from my workmates, I went there knowing that the practice is on out of my network and I will continue to go there based on the excellent service.

My wife Magdalene "Lena" and I have been patients of Sherer dentistry for about thirty years and those years have been excellent for our dental health. We started with Dr. Richard Sherer and Missy was his assistant and now she is Dr. Mark Sherer's assistant. Dr. Mark like his uncle Dr. Richard is a superb dentist and he keeps up with the advances in dentistry. Dr. Mark is a compassionate professional and all of his staff (Missy, Megan, Andy and Kim) have these same qualities. They make your going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.
