Implant Dentistry and Periodontics

I had my wisdom tooth removal procedure done with Michael in 2020. Im not an individual to leave bad reviews but the experience was traumatizing. My mouth is still numb from nerve damage. Throughout my surgery no one was communicating with me. I remember them holding my head down multiple times with their hands on my forehead and tremendous force used. (im ok if this is how it had to be, but why couldnt anyone tell me what was going on) it was like they belived I was laying there unconscious. I was so uncomfortable and needed a break and began to cry from being overwhelmed and no one checking in with me. When I began to tear up, the only thing Dr. Michael could say was did she take her pain pill. I could not take pain medicine because I get sick and vomit- from past surgery. When the staff replied no I felt him eye roll and proceed with the surgery. I wasnt crying from pain, but rather from the stress and overwhelming feeling of not knowing what was happening or where we were at in the process. Once done I was immediately expected to get up and walk. I really wished I could have a second to collect myself, I felt like I needed a moment to get my balance back. I was sent off with an ice pack that wasnt even cold and no one ever called me after to check in. All in all I felt like I was just a check in his pocket and wasnt treated like a human being. That to me, is the worst type of customer service. As the years passed I realize my experience there was not right. I hope other patients dont have to live that, even if they are sedated I still believe its our right to be treated kindly.

I had a great experience today with Dr. Christman and his assistant Alicia. I got an implant and I was in and out in no time. No pain at all. He played all my jams during the procedure... Dr. Christman is quite the singer too! I heard you singing low key! Lol! The rest of the office staff is awesome too
