Since my Dr left at the end of October, I cannot get anywhere with this clinic. They didn't transfer us as patients (which was promised). Then they didn't respond when I called about my medication being too expensive. Now, I can't get good answers on who mine and my children's primary care doctor will be. The one I was told we could see doesn't even see pediatric patients, which the main office had to tell me! The last person I spoke to hung up on me. I called the main office, a note was supposed to have been sent to the manager on Monday and here it is Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them. I called again and was pretty much told "I don't know, I can't do anything about that". The doctors are great, administration not so much.

My daughter is a on speciality formula and I asked for a new prescription for WIC. Its been over a day since I called and I was told I was on high priority due to my daughter being only 3 months old and I am not. I have several times and nothing. I got hung up on twice. Im over it.
