        Pillow Logistics has single-handedly ruined library service in Indiana. Books that used to transit from one library to another in a week now take over five weeks. Patrons are angry. Staff are angry. Books that were bought with taxpayer dollars are being held hostage. When they do actually transit materials, they fling the books and DVDs around like frisbees. I do not recommend using Pillow Logistics ever.

      Hi Jenni, thank you for leaving a review about your recent experience with Pillow Logistics. I can assure you that we take service very seriously and appreciate all feedback. Unfortunately when we launched the new library account, we did not anticipate several weeks of backlogged parcels. We were anticipating 10,000 parcels and received over 30,000. This has taken some time to clean up and cause service delays. We are almost through all of it at this point and you will see a much better service moving forward.
