I lived here from the mid 90s til 2010. I am so disappointed in the way it looks now. I grew up there and spent some of my adult life there as well. It was great! But now it looks to be taken over by owners/renters that do not care. I would LOVE to move back here. The top floor condominiums are so spacious! But due to the fact that the rumors are that it is not what it used to be is disheartening. Let me know when it is restored to its former glory and I would love to move back!

Of course Margo gave a 5 star review. She is President of the HOA, which is absolutely useless. The HOA has been run by Margo for over a decade. She bullies renters, the children of the neighborhood, and animals. She has drawn the attention of the entire neighborhood just by yelling. She is entirely unhinged and has no issues with trespassing or harassing people. For your sanity, stay FAR away. I, along with others that dealt with her, chose to move before we were ready because she made life INSUFFERABLE. Imagine opening the fence to your condo to check the mail and having Margo open her curtains or step onto her front porch to supervise you. She has also stated that she's trying to run the foreigners out of there because they bring down the value of the place. She's a bully that lives off of HOA fees. The clubhouse AND pool are both inoperable and have been for years. Yet almost 200$ for HOA fees PER renter...what a scam.

The condos has the worst HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. This place looks horrible
