        HOA is poorly managed with severely underfunded reserve. There is no parking owned by the building and maintenance cost will continue to grow. Beware and do not buy in this building. Unfortunately, many in the community know of stories around financial instability but just dont share.

        I owned and can attest to poor financial history and prospect of continued costs/HOA increases. If youre looking to buy ask them about corporate governance, reserve study and how theyll stay solvent. Or search Smalls v. Indianapolis Athletic Club case filed in Marion County courts.
