I went to this location to return a couple online orders. I had no problems at all. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Very rude staff. The lady at the register tonight spent 10 minutes checking out the customer in front of us and playing on her phone. When she called us forward she then opened a second register and started ringing up the person behind us while we were waiting and then went back to her phone before helping my family. The only reason i can think of for her rude behavior is that we were the only white people near the registers at the time. I realy hope that is not the case but i will never return to this location.

I am so sick of this store! Why would you cancel my order without sending any type of notice. Drove almost an hour out of my way just to be told they canceled my order. Will never shop at any of these stores again

Never had an issue here! Most of the staff is wonderful! The clothing quality usually hits as well. Their spring and summer clothes are typically the best. The winter clothes typically arent thick enough to handle Indiana winters IMO.

I drove all the way to this location from far away to return a shirt that was the wrong size. I had no idea I was outside their return window. They refused to take it, and now I'm stuck with something we can't use. They weren't very friendly or helpful, and I will never shop there again. I lost time, gas, and the money I spent. Sometimes, you can bend the rules people
