Westside Christian Preschool and Childcare

We paid $305 to hold a spot for our unborn child and secure the first week of daycare. We unexpectedly had an opportunity to move to a better area at the time I'd be needing the services and the distance didn't make sense to use this location. I asked for a refund but knew I might not get it, due to policy. I was fine with that but figured I'd ask anyway. At the very least, I could use the week that I paid for. It took two months of waiting for a response and following up repeatedly, just to get an answer. Only to be left with being told I will NOT receive a refund AND I can't even use the week I paid for. Seriously? So, $305 just got thrown in the garbage. Money I desperately could use for my newborn. I would've been content just getting the week I paid for. Honestly, I'm furious 😡

Awesome school and staff. You won't find a more loving and capable Christian school anywhere in town.
