        I booked a rental to pick up This morning at 11. I get a text at 8:30 am saying they didnt have any. I changed locations to the West Washington street location. I called in and confirmed for a 2pm pickup. I just received a text saying they dont have any vehicles although I already confirmed. Avis is bad business!! Stay away!!

        Could not have had a better experience with this location, and Nathan in particular. Had 3 long-term rentals and all was handled flawlessly and Nathan was extremely helpful. I was thrilled with the service here.
