I had the pleasure of working with Craig for a laser session. He really helped me explore an issue that had me stuck and create a achievable action plan to address the issue. He was an excellent balance of result and relationship as he supported me through the issue and challenged where I needed the push. Overall a great experience with everyone at SK&co.

I've worked with Stefanie in both career/management and life coaching capacities. In career coaching, Stefanie does a great job intertwining leadership and management models with real-life reflection and practice activities, that creates an accessible avenue for thinking about personal and professional development, learning, and growth in the context of one's workplace and professional role(s). In life coaching, Stefanie brings her whole self to the experience, develops personal relationships that allow for increased trust and deeper self-examination and discussion, and has a unique ability to know how far to challenge a client to achieve desired results. Stefanie is the real deal. We've worked together on multiple projects and you just can't beat her energy and absolute dedication to challenging the status quo. She operates in a continual "no spin zone" which I love! For anyone looking at coaching, let me share a couple things that will help you make a decision: - Stefanie is 100% dedicated to your success. I've seen coaches that treat their clients like a commodity. Stefanie takes the time to understand what your goals are and then helps you create a clear picture of what success looks like. - She will challenge you! This is a good thing, trust me. I've been in executive leadership for over 20 years and know that it's easy to slip into the comfort zone of "we've always done things this way." There is ALWAYS a new way to get things done and it usually involves a lot of disruption to the status quo. - She will be your biggest cheerleader!
