    Daughter was sent sale notification , after arriving NO SALE... Spent $750 for a dress, had to pay $10 for a dress bag... No customer service skills from Owner... Repeat word of mouth worth a lot more than $10.. Greedy...

    Edit* this lady is accusing me of being someone else, changing my name. Im sorry so many people had a bad experience with your shop however false allegations against me are uncalled for. You randomly sent me a message which I too have screenshots of threatening to sue me because someone else reviewed your shop. I have informed my attorney who is prepared to file harassment charges. Please leave me alone. I only wanted to buy a dress. I didnt realize your shop came with so much drama. I found a dress I loved here for $751 (only reason I gave 2* was because I do love the dress). I messaged March 4 asking if they have any upcoming sales. The owner responded with a very misleading response leaving me to believe they have 30% off now and will have 50% off in May.: We are having a 30% off & 50% off in May but our prices are sale prices every day. I interpreted that as We are having a 30% off And 50% off in May as in the 30% was now aka March and 50% in April. However she argued with me about it and I still purchased the dress at FULL price. Should have been No big deal right? Wrong In my opinion the lady is definitely not very friendly to say the least. A simple grammar correction would have resolved the issue. Typically a business owner will try to defuse a situation however this shop owner just insisted we were wrong and the message was in no way misleading. Lets say shes right and Im an idiot, is this how you treat a customer who misinterpreted your poorly written message? I wasnt going to review this company until I randomly received this message before she blocked me without getting to ask what she was talking about but anyway heres the owners own words to a customer who had NOT reviewed her yet Your mother & you both have left libelous reviews on my business page when my message clearly has stated when our sale was. It was very clear & you knew it. Ive had 10 customers read the message too & they all agree the message was very clear that the sale was in May. You have also left bad reviews on other businesses that I intend to reach out to There are very major legal consequences for deliberately leaving untruthful reviews on someones business in an attempt to cause them a loss of business & this is exactly what you & your mom are attempting to do because you didnt get your way into bullying me into giving you a discount I will not permit anyone to post untruthful reviews and do this to my business & will be reaching out to my attorney in the morning since I have your name & your moms name. She even went as far to call me Greedy which is more libelous along with yours & her untrue statements You can expect to hear from my attorney & I will be taking legal actions. Reviews & feedback are always welcomed at my boutique but what isnt is bullying just to try to get a discount & an attempt to sabotage my sales with unhonest reviews. You might want to consult your attorney & actually see what the consequences are for trying to harm a businesses sales. I wish you would have done this before posting lies about my business because it would have saved you the law suit that I intend to pursue & contact my attorney with. Its sad you would try to do this to a small business. All my customers are very happy to get a gown like you did for $750. I would suggest you shop a reputable retailer who wont threaten you with a frivolous lawsuit. I have contacted my attorney as well.

FYI: Attorneys don’t file harassment charges, the police do. I seriously don’t have time to respond to your back & forth editing reviews. This is getting ridiculous.Don’t you have a wedding to plan? You should be planning a beautiful wedding & focused on your future marriage. I have a business to run with wonderful customers so congratulations on your wedding & good bye. Previous Reply by owner: You weren’t going to review me here until you got my cease & desist message????? Your reviewing again & changed your google account name because google took your first review off because it violated their terms. Google is trying to give you the same warning that I did but you’re not wanting to listen. What you & your mom are doing is illegal. You and your mom reviewed me all day yesterday which is why I had to send a cease letter. Bullying & harassment only because you wanted a gown cheaper than what I am allowed to sell it for. I have screen shots of your reviews, then edited & edited & edited reviews etc. So what do you mean by the lie of you weren’t going to review me until I sent you the stop message? Why are you & your mom still lying on me & my business?As we all can clearly see, you & your mom make a habit reviewing other businesses on here when you can’t bully them into giving you what you want. Our brides have always been thrilled with our great prices and they would never make a bad google review because they don’t bully decent & honest small business owners.
