Customer service is terrible, as a customer I should be able to make a purchase ($67.00) at the counter and not be redirected to a self check out. To add injury to insult, the cashier was rude and started to argue with me about sending me to self check out. I did call management to inform them. However, this experience will cause me to never shop at Indy by Hudson again.

I bought cereal and milk but no spoons so I wanted a refund. It felt like the cashier pushed me to walk BACK into the airport AWAY from my gate to get a spoon. She said "you want a refund just cause you don't have a spoon", I responded with "how am I supposed to eat it?" "Well you could just walk to the coffee shop" she said. Overall just an odd conversation. I've never had to ask twice for a refund and NOT get it.

Hudson likes to steal from people and resell items that no longer belong to them. They will take items that were purchased by CUSTOMERS and resell them for full price. Essentially making double the money off an item that is not longer their property. Straight up theft. Also everything is very overpriced. Youre better off going to a department store and getting it much cheaper. Half the stuff breaks before the first use of it.
