Southeastern Walk-In Tubs was an amazing company to work through! The gentleman, Stuart Brown, was very quick to respond, very thorough in explaining all elements of the project, and was alway happy to answer questions as they arose. I most certainly recommend Southeastern Walk-In Tubs and Stuart Brpwn!

My wife and I chose Southeastern Walk-In Tubs to replace our existing tub/shower with a wheel-chair accessible shower. Southeastern Walk-In Tubs provided a quote when the product arrived, the installation was scheduled. The installer did a great job. On Sunday (the installation was completed on the previous Friday), he arranged to drop by to confirm our satisfaction. He brought along some grab bars which he knew we needed (but could not pre-determine). That afternoon, he installed them! WOW, I gotta give this company 5 stars. Fair pricing, and excellent service.

I am so very pleased with the Southeastern Walk-In Tubs. I started avoiding taking showers because of my ability to get in and out of my tub and the effort which would leave me breathless and dreading it. First of all the gentleman installer was very well prepared and very respectful of my home. He brought everything he needed including cardboard to protect the floor. When he finished the installation he cleaned up everything. In fact, my bathtub was cleaner than it was before he began. He was so kind and respectful and it was clear that he cared about his job. Now I won't have to be afraid. GREAT JOB.

Wonderful experience! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was brushed off with my questions at different places, but Stuart took his time to help me. I strongly recommend this place to anyone.
