Went in to wire money and we got the most amazing teller! Carson was super efficient, super nice and super fun! It wasn't so painful wiring away thousands of dollars when you have a great teller!

People tend to only leave a review if they have a bad experience. Every time I go here who ever I speak to is always friendly and professional.

This Saturday, I walked in to get some docs notarized and it was extremely evident that the lady was not interested in doing it and was giving me the run around and referring me to an outside service. This was something I got done multiple times at other chase branches and used this branch for the first time as I was closer to this branch. Her tone was condescending and clearly felt she was not interested in serving a person of color. This morning walked into another Chase branch and got work done in 15 mins.

Worst customer service. Can't ever get an answer on the phone (and the automated system just hangs up after it tells you they're unavailable). Staff inside is just as bad! Don't go here.
