      image Overcharged me when they couldn't figure out a simple problem they charged me $300 to open my my battery cable end and tighten it down and didn't even put on a new one

      image Because they are liars and cheats. Also use completely unethical business practices. The lady in the office is totally rude and unaware of what good customer service is. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
