        Took my 2013 Passat end for a minor front end collision and finally got it back 5 weeks later after numerous lies. The car was still drivable when I dropped it off for an estimate and was told to just leave since it would be a quick repair. 5 weeks later and numerous phone calls i finally got get get my car. I drive it for a few days and go to check the oil that following weekend to realize the hood latch would not release. I called and left voicemail to not get a call back. I ended up fixing the car myself. The car looks good after the repair but obviously after I complained about the lead time they pushed it through quick and didnt double check their work.
