Jeremy has been so wonderful throughout my renovation process. He helped take all my crazy ideas to make my 1950s house into my dream home. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Jeremy was very professional and efficient in drafting blue prints for our older home remodel. He was so good that we did not have to update the drawings to receive permit approval! We have many more future projects that we would love to have him assist.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeremy in the design of our home. He took the builders plans and modified them to our needs. He ensured the house was ADA compliant as we plan to age in place. Additionally, even though we were geographically separated, he contacted city inspectors to ensure the plans were to code. He found the builder skimping on insulation requirements, and corrected this error for not only our house, but the others in the neighborhood constructed by the same builder.

Jeremy is great at what he does! Our team was working on a structural permit for 6 weeks. We hired Jeremy to take over the drawings and got the permit 3 days later. He is our go to guy for drawings!
