Encore 55+ Boutique Apartments - Northeast

"So, I had A delivery to an older lady & she didn't have A number to where I could reach her, & I had texted multiple times & no response. The receptionist wasn't in, the blinds are closed, & the residents all watched me knock outside in the cold & refused to let me in. The dial/code pad kept saying not valid for the code that the lady had given me & the lady's name wasn't coming up, because I just had the first name. Not the first & last. Everyone literally kept waving their hands no & & shaking their heads no, that they're not letting me in & they rally didn't allow me in to deliver my customer's groceries. They could see the groceries in my hand. I could see if I wa trying to do something wrong, but I literally had proof & everything. So, if you want your groceries/items delivered & if you all aren't going to allow the drivers/shoppers in, at least have the decency to come down & meet us. It's too cold & I should not have had to leave my customer's order outside in the cold. This is the 3rd time that this has happened. It's starting to get out of hand, & before you say don't take the order, we can't see the address until we have already completed the order/orders. Thank you & Have A great & wonderful day".

We would recommend this complex 100%. It is lovely, quiet, feels new, very much like an upscale hotel. Great amenities and spotless and well taken care of. Would stay if we had a 2-car attached garage-we will truly miss living here. Downsizing at ages 58-was a wonderful place to live while waiting for our paired villa to be completed. A+
