Pangea Cedars Apartments

I love it here!! The people the atmosphere. The only problem I have is that these apartments need to be updated. They are kinda old nothing newly updated. And sometime have leakage problems. Other than that am comfortable here. This is home.

I lived there for over 5yrs. And it was nice in the beginning but over the years the apartment had became roach infested and the exterminator they provided didn't help! The parking was hell, maintenance was fast and good, office staff have people watching you making it very uncomfortable for you! But overall it's quiet and residents usually stay to themselves! Not a bad place just get ready for the roach infestation! My new house is beautiful spacious and roach and bug free I'm so happy cause It was very miserable to live with roaches and bugs knowing your not the cause! But overall they're not bad apartments especially if this is your only option and your in a hurry to move,hopefully since they're under new management the office staff will not treat certain residents like they don't belong there and office staff will stop having they're family and friends watching your every move especially blacks I kinda think they only want Hispanics there and hopefully the roach and bug infestation can be fixed, other than that they're ok!

Still harassing people and trying to tow aways certain people cars in the am and certain times at night it's very obvious and they try to get people kicked out outside there race bin living here for 2 years they really need to meet real legal services

Excellent service from the staff, maintenance is fast, and Manager Rosa is very friendly, I recommend these apartments 100%.
