Horrible place to live !!! Ceiling falls in , hallways stay flooded , Electricity cut on and off in half the house whenever it feel like it Maintance sucks!

We been without water for over 36hours, I have a grandmother that's very sick...she need s a nurse aide..well me a 9 other residents went to the office and they was in there, and they didnt let us in..They blamed it on the Water Company, but they sayed its not them..they have no water shortages nowhere on Post rd.. The leasing office stop answering they phone and told us there isn't anything they can due..Did I mention we are in the winter storm...Im not complaining about the roaches nor the fact that the kids around here set fires to buildings.......They need someone who is going to help the RESIDENTS HERE...WE PAY OVER $1100.00 DOLLARS A MONTH AND HAVE TO GO THREW THIS....IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT PPL CUTTING OUR MUFFLERS OFF OUR VEHICLES...

I wouldn't move here if the rent was free! Under new management? Must be for yrs. What's up with people parking right on e21st street right next to posted signs saying, No Parking!

Just horrible during the walk through there was broken things and no one came to fix them. Put in a work order they say they ordered the parts then later on I go up to the office they say I didnt make a work order it disappeared its been a year and nothing has been fixed
