Been here for 4 years and we've had a problem with bugs since we moved in!! Mngmnt won't do anything about it. And we've got told that playing with our son outside is not allowed because our neighbors come out n talk to us and management thinks we're partying. Definitely worst management we've ever had in the past 4 years

Southport at Buck Creek has been a wonderful experience so far! Though theyre older apartments they have charm and Ive loved living here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful with the move in experience, going out of their way to lend a hand. I know not everyone has the same experience, but for me its been lovely!! Setting up electric, gas, and wifi was easy as can be plus you get great deals on your cell service too! Finally, nothing is better to me than being less than 5 minutes from Dunkin, Starbucks, and The Mocha Nut Coffee lovers paradise!

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The place neighborhood is beautiful and so are the apartments. The staff at the leasing office were very nice and hospitable.
