they will steal your deposit and charge you extra for normal wear and tear. this is illegal in the state of indiana but they dont care. take photos and learn your rights before signing a lease with them. cute place, secure building and garage. the walls are paper thin and the high ceilings mean you hear every step your neighbor makes. looks clean and luxurious except for the vinyl flooring. plumbing in the building can be a mess and you will be charged for every maintenance request.

Money hungry owners, more of a scam upon trying to move out. Never left a place so clean, was still told the carpet needed cleaned and all the walls needed to be painted. There are no stains on wall or carpet and had been here for 3 years prior. I asked for a move out sheet and they did not supply it to me beforehand. Beware they will try a money grab upon moving out. Dont even think about getting your deposit back Im sure theyve never given one back.
