        I loved living at the residences/Virta. I live there for 2years . The staff is always willing to help and go beyond what is required. I can recalled several times where I locked myself out of my apartment, or needed a filter changed, or my washer was leaking and Will (the office manager) personally rolled up the sleeves of his bottom down shirt and showed up for the task with a smile. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience EVER. After the Vitra purchased the residences and made Will the Manager, you can tell his work ethic was the new standard for the new incoming staff. I can admit that the closet space is fairly small, and the windows dont open which can cause some problems when living with a pet or cleaning with harsh products. However, those are issues that come with the build and does not reflect on how I felt living there. Hotel and mall amenities at very nice and gives you something to brag about. They have also added workout room, pet washing station, office pods , and breakfast bar. Melvin (maintenance supervisor)and Cheyenne (leasing staff) are God sent. Like I really didnt want to leave . The only reason I did is the price of market rent. Thank you guys for doing the best you could to make me feel at home and welcomed. ..Hope this helps you choose you new home .
