We enjoy dodge ball, the changing obstacle course and general trampoline areas, the staff is very nice, and it is relatively clean. We are saddened that several of the attractions are closed every time we attend and the new management has placed more stringent rules on the locale which has limited our fun.

Amazing customer service, and willingness to make things better for their customers. I accidentally booked a jump slot at the Greenwood location, and the manager at Castleton not only gave us the member pricing that day, but also 4 free jump passes for next time. I think he felt bad that i wasted $100 on a jump that i wasn't getting my kids to. I didnt catch his name, or the other who helped us, but i am so thankful for them that day and excited to bring the kids back soon.
