Hello I want everyone to know Nikii is very unprofessional and views people with mental health as annoying and we just don't know. Nikii also threatened me and continued to stay when asked to leave. She wisspper later that I'm just dumb and I will always be ur payee. After calling aspire about how she threatened me and continued to talk trash to other clients they r still having her work with me. This lady is a payee and she works for aspire. Plus when my payee first meet me she started to say what med I should really take not knowing one of the meds she mentioned could of counteract with my others and kill me and remember this lady isn't a doctor but literally just a payee telling clients meds that they don't take and requesting to take them, not safe at all.

This company is a disgrace. The intake interview provider was rude and inconsiderate. Tricare referred us to you for therapy. We cancelled the next appointment and we're billed $275 for not having insurance when we do!!!. Given Tricare referred us, how do you figure we don't have insurance? We called two weeks ago to get this taken care of and were told it was, checked today and the account still does not have our insurance added, still is pending payment. Get it together!!!! I will be reporting the therapist to the Indiana PLA if this is not resolved. You don't get to provide awful service and then bill erroneously for it. We provided every detail you needed, fix it now!

Im not sure who these other folks have been dealing with but ive had nothing but a positive experience with the doctors, receptionists and my therapist. They have all been helpful and even work around my work schedule and ive received nothing but the best care through my tough times ive had this year.
