A very pleasant entity to work with. They do a great job, naturally, at keeping personal information private and their communication is always very timely. All the staff are very professional and I am very elated with their services and I would recommend to anyone needing expert tax preparation/accounting assistance.

This company did me a favor when my previous accountant dumped me in 2020. However, the follow-up since my 2019 and 2020 tax returns has been very poor. They will not return emails. I have now had to call the office twice and speak with an operator to get any action on my account. This makes me feel less than professional. I just received an email from their director of business development who I thought was a bookkeeper. I signed an agreement with them in November to work on my Quickbooks which they have access to already because I am a current client. The email I received Zach acted like he did not even know that I am a current client. My work on my Quickbooks has not even been done. My work now may not be done until January. This a very stressful transaction for a small business owner who already has a lot on her plate.
