Gave me bad advice. He mis represented himself over the phone. He didn't understand e-commerce or how gifts and donations are reported but not taxed. He wasn't prepared for our meeting. I paid him to file my 2553 after he claimed the previous company I had already paid did it wrong. Once we met and nothing he said made sense I changed my mind. He accused me of fraud but really I was looking for a new CPA. So I wasted the 200 I paid him. He told me to run my donations thru my business account instead of my personal like I was doing previously. Now I have lawyer because I processed over 6k incorrectly. He doesn't listen. He told me I was misunderstanding but really his thoughts are outdated.
