Comfort Inn Huntington Near University

Overall a good stay for our home base for the 2024 solar eclipse. Staff we interacted with were friendly and able to get us what we needed; breakfast was hot and delicious with lot of choice to put together a solid breakfast. Room was clean and overall good but need a little maintenance. One of the two lamps by our beds worked intermittently and the outlets did not work at all. There was a lamp in the corner of the room but no outlet to plug it into. One of the bulbs in the ceiling light in the bathroom was missing and the hair dryer worked intermittently. Overall a nice option for staying but could just use a little TLC to take it up a notch.

I went here for a birthday party and it was so fun!! It was my sisters 14 birthday and we had so much fun! First we payed for 5 people and they let us invite a bunch of friends, they just couldn't stay the night. We ordered pizza and shared some with the staff. Then we went swimming, and they let us stay later because we were the only family swimming! The rooms were mid, but at least they were clean! All together 10/10. Will be returning!
