My partner and I are gathering quotes for a remodel and improvements, and reached out to DRC. We emailed a few days ago requesting a quote on work that needed to be done, and received no response. We called both the office and cell number provided on the webiste, and were sent to voicemail every time. Still trying to give the benefit of the doubt, we booked an appointment yesterday for someone to come give us an estimate on the work. We received a confirmation notice for the appointment over text. The appointment was for 11AM this morning. No one showed up, no cancellation was sent, and once again, no calls were answered. We STILL haven't heard anything back from the Dunn Right crew. If this is how they treat people just trying to engage their business, we no longer want to find out how they treat paying customers. Don't waste your time with Dunn Right; we won't be wasting anymore on them.
