        Complete scam artist. Been with them for most of my life. Now this new team does not communicate with each other and try to scam their customers. Do not use this agency. They are unprofessional and rude.

        Had to file a claim because I got hit by someone who is insured with farm bureau . Long story short. I've never hit anyone and this was the first time I was hit. To be honest they made this very easy. The postal service delivered the insurance check to the wrong address and farm bureau cancelled that and reissued another one which I really appreciated. The case manager looked out for me, and they all had great customer service. Hopefully I never get hit again or have to file an insurance claim but I just appreciate how farm bureau handled the situation. Thanks.
