I just had a major plumbing issue with my sewers, norm's was so professional and helpful in getting the city involved. as it turned out it was actually a city issue caused by a city contractor.

Fair and reasonable plumber that makes house calls. Would def recommend!!! Update: as of 2024 I have used norms plumbing multiple times and I will say they continue to do an amazing job at a great price. Brandon is great! If I had one negative thing to say sometimes they cannot get out the same day but good plumbers that are reasonable price never have problems finding so they are always in demand. If you are in the lake county area give them a call and you won't regret it. This is a great local business to support.

I called to inquire about a service. Emily was a sweetheart she gets 5 stars. The man that called me to ask what I needed was rude and wouldnt stop talking long enough to let me explain what I needed. He didnt want to do it anyway so I guess thats fine lol but man why are people so damn rude?
