I usually dont partake in business reviews but man, the amount of foolery that goes on behind the counter at this establishment is beyond me. My online order was supposed to be ready at 6pm and I didnt get my order until 7:10pm. What does that tell you ? Yes I understand that businesses get rush hours and busy when its lunch or dinner time, but as I sat there for over an hour to receive my online order that I placed in advance to try and avoid the wait, I saw with my own eyes why things dont run smooth at this location. They have a bunch of teenagers working here, on their cell phones, on FaceTime calls, texting, goofing off in the back. Doing everything but making sure theyre taking care of all the orders that are coming thru. Its a shame how this generation of employees is turning out. But I dont blame them, I blame the managers who hire them, monkey see monkey do.
