        I was treated with respect ,a friendly hello when I walked in. I was asked how can we help you. The lady at the front desk was very patient with me while I looked for my identification. Once I found it, the paperwork was done in a timely manner. I was called back to take my test. The young lady who explained how the test needed to be done was very polite. I highly recommend Concerta to anyone who needs urgent care or a urine test for a job. I would gladly go back to the Concerta on Columbia Ave in Hammond, IN any day. Everyone's professional and very polite. They treat you like a human being. Which, truly what you don't get much these days.
