Our locations offers the guest the opportunity to travel with their pets. Service Dogs are not charged any fee or deposit at our location per ADA guidelines. ADA guidelines identifies a "Service Dog" as one who is trained to do a speicifc task or tasks that the owner is unable to do on his own. Unfortunately, at this time, the ADA does not consider emotional supprt pets as 'Service Animals" because, although they might be trained to respond to a speicific individual, they are not trained to perform a specific task or tasks. It is for that reason you were charged the additional fee, which was an accomodation fee for your pet. Good Morning Mr Muhammad: I am so very sorry your experience to date, is less than satisfactory. I am very glad you decided to stay so we can make this right. Our full hot breakfast buffet consists of hot eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles, yogurt with several toppings, grits, oatmeal and an assortment of breads, danishes, biscuits, muffins, cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, teas, juices, coffee, hot chocolate. I am sure I am missing something else. I do not think that can be described as grab and go. We do enjoy a contract with Schneider which makes up a small percentage of our guest base. We treat all of our guests with the respect they deserve, regardless of their occupation or the nature of their stay. I am sorry you did not feel that personal attention. Had you called the desk and reported your desire for more linen, it would have been sent to your room. I am sorry that the employee you encountered was less than hospitable, and that your request was not responded to. That is not the hospitaility we are known for in Northwest Indiana. Please take the time to enjoy the amenities provided by our location for our guests. We have an excellent fitness room, the full breakfast buffet, a gift shop stocked with all sorts of food and beverage items, a spacious lobby with computer access, and quiet corners to study. We hope the rest of your stay will be a pleasant one, and uneventful. Please let us know if there is anything else we might do to make your stay better.
