Boulevard North Townhomes

Hi, I'm currently a resident of Boulevard North Townhomes and it'll be 10 years the end of June 2024 that I've been here. I'm happy with my townhome but there are a few concerns with one being the parking issue in the snow and over the weekends. It's overly crowded during those times from units having more than one vehicle that's not running. Nicole has sent out messages about it. Overall I love being here. It's a great location and by every thing you may want and need. Whenever I have an issue I can go talk to Nicole. Nicole is very nice and gets things done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also very nice and they quickly take care of what is needed as well.

I will miss Nicole the most. Nicole was very helpful and empathetic when I needed a ear, she's just a good person, she knowledgeable and make sure maintenance is done in a timely manner. Maintenance comes when they say they're coming and get the jobs done efficiently. I will also miss my neighbors. Guys this is a great/ safe place to live especially if you have children/ grandchildren. Keep up the good work.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and not only do they keep the property clean there are cameras on the building for our safety people are friendly and The maintenance team always on time and here for me when I need them!! The maintenance guy is very respectable friendly, and do his job well

Ive lived here over 5 years and absolutely NO ISSUES! Very clean, quiet, upkept working class community. The management team is awesome. Anytime Ive needed anything they get right on it. Nicole whos the property manager is super helpful. I recommend this place for someone who is apart of the working class and enjoy peace. Hope this helps!

Ive lived here for 90 days . Heres my list of pros & cons of choosing to live here. Pros The rent is a fair for what you get Quiet neighborhood Property Manager is professional Maintenance personal is great as well Cons Petty neighbors I was falsely reported once for using a hammer at midnight. I wasnt even home at that hour. Furthermore, I did hang photos in my place during the DAY. The walls are thin . Expect to hear your neighbors tv, personal conversations & even smell your neighbors food. *Some people may find this annoying but, I understand I have neighbors & I dont necessarily live alone because, Im right in the middle of two other townhomes . So, I share two walls. I expect to hear life on the other side. The kitchen has ONE outlet . So, Im constantly unplugging things to use something else. I dont like that. Theres not enough counter space to leave the toaster, microwave , coffee maker , electric can opener & so forth on the counter. I have to pick whats most important; my coffee maker & I put the rest of it in the cabinets . I have a king size bed . Unfortunately, my bed frame is too big & will not fit up the stairs to make it to my room. So, its an eye sore laying against the wall in my dining room. I havent attempted to haul it down to the basement yet but my friend speculates that its too tall of a frame to even go down the stairs. Other than that, theres nothing like having your own & being happy
