Linda prepared our taxes last year. She entered incorrect data, which caused my wife and I to owe state taxes and a couple other errors that caused us to owe the IRS a record high in federal tax. This could have been avoidedcif she operated with more care. I recommend taxpayers to stay away from this place.

Save yourself a headache!! This business has horrible management starting with Linda, lack of communication, overall irresponsible.. To start they took over 3 weeks to even start on my paperwork when they said it would take an couple days.. After waiting another week, I picked up my paperwork, payed and was all set NOT! A month goes by and I hadnt received my refund, I called the IRS and they had no record of it being submitted.They NEVER submitted my paperwork, never checked if it had gone through, never got a confirmation.. I talked to the manager (Linda) she said she will submit it and call me back with a confirmation, i waited 3 days and never got the call.Went in personally to talk to manager Linda and she said she forgot to call me. I expressed to her I was very disappointed with the service; 3 months in with no refund because of their negligence.. I asked Linda for a refund for the lack of service, she said no and didnt bother to offer me anything else for the headache, time and money I wasted. They didnt fail me once or twice but 3 times! I will never be going back here again and my 5 friends wont either..

All I can say is I went to this place for the 1st time I was greeted at the door by Mr. Spiros what a very nice guy he took care of me in a very professional way see you next year.
