With all due respect, we do not even recognize your name as being one of our customers. Second, how come you didn’t come back with the part that was warrantied in order for us to replace it? Warrantied parts do not mean they’re indestructible, you actually have to bring it back in order for the warranty work to be done. Third, of course you’re going to be looked at if you’re just awkwardly sitting in your car unannounced without specifying why you’re there and what you want. I’m the owner, I do not recollect this happening, it may have been one of the employees (which we apologize for) or even another customer. We’d appreciate not making any assumptions. Fourth, before you go making outrageous claims that we are “con artists”, all of my customers know that I give pricing (in writing) to my customers, how can you call something a scam when you agreed to the pricing and to the job being done? If I were a con artist as you claim, I wouldn’t have the reviews that I have. So next time, before going online and making false claims, reach out to us and we will remedy the situation. With that said, without proof on your end, your claims are completely invalid. Lastly as a friendly reminder, we always offer customer drop off and pick ups when cars are delayed.
