We just visited for 3 birthdays we have in February. They were offered birthday stickers. The special birthday heart ceremony was lacking in any kind of excitement and you could hardly hear or even understand the person. There was also no birthday heart any different than the usual hearts they have. No party hat, or cake photo prop. It really wasnt all that special. When Im paying build a bear prices I want the fun build a bear experience. Otherwise I could go buy stuffed animals and clothes for a fraction of the price somewhere else.

The employees of this store were kinda rude like they hated their jobs. Seemed like they hated helping people. I wasnt being rude or anything. Kinda put a buzz kill on the whole experience but Im still happy with the product I picked out. I also did not receive a birth certificate or option to make one. The price was also double what it was online and they wouldnt adjust it. Next time Ill just order online and skip this store entirely.

Wonderful atmosphere today. Alex was our helper today. We have a 3 yr old. Getting his birthday bear! She was so helpful. And we had a nice time.
