I obtained my Indiana Title Producer's license thanks to Ray. Now I am taking my required CE classes online and I will likely sign up for the online real estate class in the future. He's extremely knowledgeable, and presents all the information you need in a very casual, relaxed, and friendly environment.

When I started this process 3yrs ago in TN I had no Idea what all would be involved in retaining a Real Estate License. My previous experience in the mortgage industry years ago was awesome so I figured retaining a Real Estate License shouldnt be that big of deal. Lol not so much. Fast forward from starting the process in TN until now with no outside support in TN I Failed. I quickly found out this is a huge process. Moving back to IN I decided to Sign up for my required 90 Hr. Course again here in Indianapolis. One thing I learned NEVER GIVE UP. Let me say this ITS ALL ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR AND THE PROGRAM. Real University is straightforward No Grey areas Raymond made it fun,exciting,entertaining and explained the process and what it takes to become an Successful Agent. Real University offers an outstanding platform. Real provides the tools its up to you how you use them! Highly recommend in person training. They offer online as well. Took the 90hrs two weeks before Thanksgiving finishing the week after. Took the National & State exams twice a week after Christmas PASSED BOTH

I took this real estate class with Raymond in person in November 2023. He is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He made the class fun with his jokes. I also had a great group of adults in my class that now have become friends. I have passed my state and national exams and ready to start practicing my new career. Thank you for you time and knowledge.
