Derek and Amy are amazing realtors. They were recommended to us by local friends to assist us in our cross country move and were instrumental in us finding our dream house. They looked at properties for us and took videos and laid the groundwork for our arrival Since purchasing our family home, Amy and Derek assisted us in buying our investment property. Very professional and knowledgeable of local prices and trends in this crazy market. We will be using them again for our next real estate transaction.

Amy and Derek are both amazing realtors. They are so knowledgeable on the real estate market and how to negotiate to get an accepted offer which you need with the aggressive market right now. They offer quick communication and keep everything moving along from the first time you contact them to well after closing day. If you work with them to buy or sell your home, you won't ever call anyone else. :)

A friend of ours reccomended the O'Brien team when we unexpectedly found ourselves searching for a home in the dead of winter.
