VSF has completely changed my life. Ive lost nearly 60 pounds and gained muscle mass. The coaching and accountability is phenomenal, and they will meet you right where you are no matter your fitness journey. I literally started with no experience, and now Im doing things that I never thought I could do at 51. I never expected to fall in love with strength training and yet here I am. Ive learned proper nutrition without starving that helps me to maximize my results. They truly care about their clients and want to see them reach their goals. I was so nervous walking in my first time to meet with Bruce the owner knowing how out of shape I had gotten & not knowing what to expect. He was off the bat very easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. All of the trainers that I have encountered there have been very welcoming and you can tell they truly are there to help you become a better you.

I love the coaching and accountability I get from VSF! I am challenging myself in ways I never have before and as a result I have a new found strength and confidence. Most importantly Im having fun while doing it! I love the classes, the coaches, and the other clients Ive met along the way!
