I am Roscoe, the owner of this business since 1996. I have thousands of satisfied customers. Melywood, what you have done here is not a restaurant review. This is a format for reviewing quality of food, service of that food and the general cleanliness of the establishment and other environmental issues.You have stated the opinion that the food is lukewarm when served. I dare you to have the food from our steam table touched to the back of your hand. It will cause second degree burns. That said, you have a right to an opinion about the temperature of the food. The sauce comment is somewhat true, in that we charge extra for extra sauce packets after a standard limit for an order of specific amounts of food. We will put all the sauce you request on any food items at no extra charge, but taking unlimited sauce packets is not permitted without a nominal charge.The rest of your 'review' is composed of a falsehood. It is a provable falsehood. None of it ever happened. What you have written has intent to cause damage to my business. That makes your 'review' a libelous statement for which you will answer. Repeating gossip in this forum is not 'free speech' . You are not protected by the first amendment for this libelous statement in a public forum. You do not have a freedom to harm me in this way. Even if you withdraw the statement immediately, I have printed your statement and will submit it to my attorneys of the past 23 years. We will see what they say concerning the lawsuit that you are liable for. You have really 'stepped in it' so to speak. Your intent to harm my business falls under civil law and that puts your finances and property in jeopardy. Your only defense is to get a deposition from the person that you claim was hurt and not compensated. I have had workers compensation insurance paid every payroll since 1985 on every restaurant I have owned. You have been misled and no such person exists.I am tired of people attacking my business falsely and in ignorance. The law is on my side, so you should probably call your Insurance company and see if they will protect your property. My estimate of damages is based mathematically on how many people have seen your falsehoods and Google can supply that information about my Google website. One customer lost is $500 average per year. That is provable. I intend to remain in business for the next 10 years and you are liable for each customer that has been informed at the rate of $5000 each.Do you have anything else to say?

As I said to Melywood. You aren't a customer and this was not a review of any pertinent. Calling me infantile for telling people who are not customers that they are completely in error is really ignorant also. You have a right to an opinion, but stupid comments are still stupid. That's why I don't comment on NASA mathematics or tell bull riders how to sit on a bull. Are you Melywood's brother? Why else would you read that stupidity? If you are a customer, I am listening and I appreciate your comment. Otherwise you are just trolling me.
