Reliant Insurance Group (RIG) bought out our previous insurance broker about 3 years ago. Since RIG has been personably involved with our company when any occasion required contact. The staff at RIG has been promptly responsive on every occasion for which we contacted them. As most small businesses have experienced extraordinary premium increases in the last 3 years, the carriers 2024 business insurance premium increase of another 20+% necessitated a call to RIG to see if there was an alternative. Wow, were we surprised and elated that RIG found a near 50% premium quote from a national insurance company. It is a honor and pleasure to highly recommend Reliant Insurance Group to any small business that could enjoy the hands on benefits of a dedicate professional group.

After owning my Camry for years and spending a tiny fortune attempting to fix it, I realized my car could not be fixed. So many things happening at once: losing my car, renting a car, trying to find a good used car, and upon getting another car, having to cancel the insurance on my Camry and switch the policy to another car. I cannot say enough positive and wonderful words about Tri Nguyen. After selecting another car, Tri told me, "I can help you with everything". He called me frequently to keep me updated about the insurance policy, brought papers by for my signature before I had to leave for work and brought the final paperwork to me.
