I made a reservation for my grandson & family & pre-paid with my credit card. No one told me I had to show up in person to have the credit card charge validated. My grandson, his wife & 3-month old son checked in around 9:30 that night (after being assured by me that the room was guaranteed) only to find that the room was NOT paid for! I needed to be there in person to guarantee the room! (HELLO! Not informed of that ahead of time!) Thank Heaven I was only 15 minutes away so we were able to get the room charge on the correct credit card. But it was embarrassing . I am a Gold Reward member and I was so disappointed in the treatment. Usually, when we reserve rooms (& we do every time we travel), we are treated so well! The clerks apologized for my having to come over @ 10 p.m.+ but still wouldn't accept the credit card on file

Overall not horrible but not great. We got a handicap room, apparently only one left. Everything was okay except this long repair spot on the ceiling. We were on the top.floor so can only assume it was from a leak in the ceiling? Only stayed one night so can't speak on staff, cleaning, etc. Location is a bit tricky to get to. High traffic area.

We had to be close to the hospital and this hotel met our needs. Friendly staff and great service.
